How the Seller Fee Works
The 10% seller fee is calculated on the ticket sale price (excluding any service fees charged to the buyer). If you list a ticket for $200 and it sells, you receive $180 in your payout.
Buyer-Side Fees
Buyers also pay a service fee (typically 12-15%) on top of the ticket price. This is shown clearly at checkout and is separate from the seller fee — it does not come out of your payout.
Payout Schedule
Payouts are released 5 business days after the event has taken place, once we've confirmed the buyer entered the venue. This protects against chargebacks and invalid tickets. Payouts are sent to the bank account on your seller profile.
