1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WorldCupSeats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use of Service
WorldCupSeats provides a marketplace for buying and selling event tickets. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless covered by our Buyer Guarantee or Refund Protection. Prices are set by sellers and may include service fees. WorldCupSeats does not guarantee specific seat locations beyond what is listed.
4. Selling Tickets
Sellers must ensure tickets are valid and transferable. WorldCupSeats charges a 10% seller fee on completed sales. Fraudulent listings will result in account termination.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use WorldCupSeats for fraudulent purposes, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, resell tickets obtained through unauthorized means, or interfere with the platform's operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
WorldCupSeats is not liable for event cancellations, venue changes, performer changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the tickets.
