Refund Policy

General Policy

All ticket sales on WorldCupSeats are final. Once a purchase is confirmed and the order is processed, the transaction cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded, except as described in the specific circumstances below.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, WorldCupSeats will provide a full refund of the purchase price (including service fees) to the original payment method. Refunds are processed automatically within 7-10 business days of the cancellation announcement.

Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled to a different date or time, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. WorldCupSeats does not offer refunds for rescheduled events unless the change qualifies under our Buyer Guarantee.

Refund Protection

At checkout, you may opt into our Refund Protection service for an additional fee (10% of the ticket price). With Refund Protection:

• You may cancel your entire order up to 48 hours before the event start time.
• A full refund (excluding the Refund Protection fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
• Partial cancellations are not permitted — the entire order must be cancelled.
• The Refund Protection fee itself is non-refundable.

Buyer Guarantee

Under the WorldCupSeats Buyer Guarantee, if your tickets are not valid for entry or are not delivered on time, WorldCupSeats will work with you to provide comparable or better tickets, a full refund, or a credit for a future purchase.

Promo Codes & Credits

Promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits expire on the date stated in the offer, or one year after issue if no date is specified. Unused portions of one-time-use credits are forfeited after the transaction.
